Team Leader

As a Team Leader for this successful organization, your main responsibilities will be to manage and provide guidance and training to the Advisors and Administrators to ensure that a high degree of service is delivered.

In the following areas, you will have proven experience:

- Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
- Provide the team with an aim of the project initiatives
- Ensure discussions and decisions that help to complete the objective
- Motivate and inspire team members
- Lead by setting a good example (role model) – attitude consistent with words
- Coach and help develop team members; help resolve dysfunctional behavior
- Focus the team on the tasks or the internal and Building quality business relationships
- Leading and motivating staff to acquire excellent results.
- Strive for team consensus and win-win agreements
- A total commitment to the delivery of top-level service
- Provide support and backup for staff when required.
- Facilitate problem solving and collaboration
- Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues
- Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team
- Encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement
- Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance

Manager

This position is a Manager Position in our Company.

Candidates should possess and demonstrate strong management, verbal and written communication experience and skills; have a strong working knowledge of managerial skills; posses the aptitude, shining personality and ambition to manage and constantly accordingly.

The Company will provide a coaching tool kit that can help the managers to output result and coach their agents to work better.
