The real estate properties found in Singapore are wide ranging and if you are looking forward to buy or purchase a property in Singapore then you have many options from which you can choose from. - Condominiums: Condominiums are properties where residents share the different facilities available and they also share the compound. Most of the expats who relocate to Singapore usually opt for condominiums as this type of property is not only luxurious but it is also offers number of facilities. Almost all the condominiums have excellent scenery, car parking in the basement, high quality finishes and different recreational facilities such as playground for kids, swimming pool, tennis court, squash, club house, gym, etc.

- Apartments: Apartments are similar to condominiums as the people who live in apartments share the premises and other facilities which are offered. The size of the apartments ranges from big to small and needless to say, the cost of the apartment will increase with the size of the apartment. If you are interested in buying an apartment then you can do so otherwise you can always opt for renting.

- Landed properties: These are so called because they are houses that come with gardens. The traditional landed property includes terrace units, semi-detached and bungalows. You will find that all these properties also have a garage or a garden. A standing house with a fence and without sharing walls is referred to as a bungalow. - Properties for commercial use: There are many other types of properties which are used for commercial purposes. Some of the properties for commercial use are shop, ware house, land, office, factory, etc.

As you can see, there so many properties available for residential as well as commercial purposes and you can select from any of these properties. Of course, the properties that you purchase would depend on your needs and finance or budget. If you have a fixed budget, look for properties that are within your budget. Ask your real estate agent to find properties for you that are within your limits. Tell the agent your budget and he will help you look for properties that you are looking for.
