Another factor that can be considered in Singapore real estate analysis is taxes. There are some local areas which usually offer tax incentives for commercial property owners to be able to certain their business. If the property that you own can be able to meet the guidelines then one can possibly see a very nice tax reduction. Even if the area taxes and the commercial real estate are at a very high rate one can be surprised if the property investor does not consider the taxes.

 

Another factor that the property investor should consider when reviewing a real estate analysis is the rental rate of the residential property and on others. If a lot of houses within the area are vacant this shows serious trouble along the way it means the property investor will not be able to rent his property and also sustain and keep it for long term. This factor is very vital in Singapore real estate analysis because the rent money is the income that they will be getting from the property.

Location matters a lot because if one selects an area that does not have people then your property will never generate any income. Apart from that one must also consider security around the place avoid places where there is too much robbery taking place.
