Singapore Real Estate Agents

 

If you want to be successful in Singapore real estate agents the first think is to work on prospects first and you will achieve the results that you want. The Singapore real estate agent must have that personality that most property investors are searching for. Property agents should have that oozing charisma that is matched with undeniable partnerise around the field and he should not over do it let people judge you on your values and behaviors.

 

Singapore real estate agents should be reliable people and be ready to work without any supervision they need to act fast. Singapore property agents should work so that clients can remember them and contact them whenever they want to sell a real estate.

 

How can these characteristics be achieved by Singapore real estate agents. Property agents should be appreciative. Most property investors like to hear how you will appreciate other clients out there. Singapore real estate agents should take responsibility when the property investor is not around and represent him in all the major transactions that will take place when the property investor is not around. Property investors should select agents that are gratified and ready to take on responsibility.

 

Selling, renting, leasing real estate is a very tricky and stressful process and hiring the right property agent to guide you will make a very big difference in this process and Singapore real estate agents should behave professionally during this time.

 

 What a property agent should avoid is picking agents that are very close or too friendly or picking agents that are within your own family. This type of agents will not work hard for you and they will never take their work serious. Singapore real estate agents should have that mentality of helping property investors so that they can be able to navigate into this process successfully. Despite knowing the local real estate laws and rules and regulations they should have experience and knowledge of the area in which you are conducting your business and selling real estate.  

 

Singapore real estate agents collect commission for their services but their commission is never fixed; they are free to negotiate with property investors. The commission should not be to low or to high it should be something that is reasonable. The institute of estate agents (IEA) came up with rules recommending that the HDB flat seller is suppose to pay two percent of the price of the commission, and the buyer pays one percent. In a private home the guideline stated that the seller is suppose to pay two percent of the commission. In the year 2008 the competition commission of Singapore ruled out this IEA guidelines that were uncompetitive and later abolished.

 

Before the property investor hires Singapore real estate agents it is better to find out the commission rate that is usually charged by the real estate agents and if the rates are too high its better to negotiate the rate and the services that are going to be provided and the ministry of national development encourages this.
