Investment in Singapore property business
The Singapore investment market is being fuelled from foreign investment across Singapore’s property in the last few months. Main criteria remains the same to see as whether they are permanent resident of Singapore or not and if their economic contributions is for Singapore or not. Economic contribution is further assessed among the factors such as: technical or professional or academic qualifications, working experience as needed in Singapore, and investments in the service sector or industry investments in Singapore. Processing time is somewhere around 5 weeks, in case of any disapproval, appeals should be made with in the next three months from the date of disapproval.
