I am sure you are aware that successful agents can earn a lot of money. After all, you commission will depend on the number of properties you sell and if you can sell plenty of properties then you will certainly be able to earn a lot of money. However, you should keep in mind that you need to set aside about 30% of the commission for the advertisement costs. If you do not advertise them then you will not be able to sell them as effectively as you want to.
