Before the Singapore authority agree to give you the permanent residency, they have to make sure that you are a law abiding person, and that you will not become a burden to Singapore. To prove this you have to present the pay slip of 6 months, the credentials of the employer, the stability of the job and the salary you are paid. Sometime the relatives who live with you in singapore can also be considered before deciding if you are to be granted the permanent residency or not.

Now it is easier to get the forms by downloading them via the internet which is the best and quick way of getting the forms. The forms you have to fill is the EP4 and the 4A. The 4A form has two different parts that have to be filled, the first part is to be filled by your details, your name, family details, basic information about the education and the job you have done in your career.

The last part is to be filled by the employer explaining the kind of the business they are doing. The EP4 explains how you have to fill the 4A this is why you cannot download just one form. If you have got the forms and you are ready to fill them you have to get ready the documents needed to support your application. You have to keep the copy of all the documents, however you will have to take the original documents to the ICA since the copies have to be certified.
