Although there are many of choices a real estate agent can choose toward offering a property either for sale or rent, his primary goal is to find those that are less expensive and of high quality real estate to whet the appetite of potential clients into buying.

The agent or broker who has complete and wide knowledge of the availability of these properties has the advantage over others. He will gain flexibility in pricing and promotions.
