Striking profitable property deals in Singapore
The other important thing to strike a profitable deal is the way you negotiate it with the buyer. Be confident about the price you have set and negotiate face to face with the buyer to make sure you put it across clearly to the buyer. Do not negotiate the value over phone as it may end with a ‘no’ from the other side. Let the buyer have good look at your property and then start talking about the price. Make sure you have done your home work on the comparative study of your property’s market value, so that when you talk about the price you have enough data to support the value. Make sure you check the buyer’s mood while he is making the decision. Real estate deals in Singapore can be really profitable deals for you. All you need to do is to take your decisions carefully. Without knowing the details of the deal, you cannot be successful in the real estate deal making in Singapore. First you need to do your home work and then you can further proceed. In this way you will become successful in real estate business in Singapore.
The buyer should be free to decide and not too occupied with other things. Do prepare yourself well for the sale. If you are not firm and come across as indecisive, it may kill the sale and put across negative vibes. A careless word spoken during the negotiation can cause lot of damage to the reputation of your property. Make your presence felt and always negotiate from a ground that command a superior position.
The buyer should listen to you and should be able to have a positive relation based on trust and dignity, this will help you get a good deal and avoid any future conflicts, till the deal is closed. Be firm but not pushy, make sure you sound genuine and not come across as a forced dealmaker or pushover. Do not ask for an unrealistic price when you have many buyers asking for the same property. The buyers would not like it and you may lose all of them, even worse make them feel disappointed and insulted. Once you have got the price you were looking for, move fast and close the deal with clear documents.
