The reason for this is that you will have some idea about the places where you can live in when you reach Singapore. If you come to Singapore without finding information about the places where you can stay initially then you may find some problem looking for a good accommodation. Do your home work well if you want to have a good time looking for a property which you can buy or rent. Ask around and do some research. I guarantee you that it would be worth the effort.
