With the increase in tourism and expatriate relocation, the demand for accommodation in Singapore is rising. If you are visiting Singapore as a tourist then there are various hotels to choose from. If you want to spend your vacation in an apartment then you can rent an apartment or a condominium where you can have a great holiday. By renting an apartment or condo, you will be able to have privacy which you may not get when you are staying in hotels. Likewise, staying in a rented property means that you will have to do all the work ranging from cooking to washing. If you are in Singapore for an extended holiday then it is always advisable that you rent an accommodation instead of staying in a hotel. Once you find a real estate agent, you can ask any questions and seek answers relating to real estate accommodation.

You can also purchase a real estate property for the purpose of living in it. There are many kinds of real estate properties that you can choose from. If you want a luxurious accommodation then you can always buy a condominium or a bungalow. If your budget is limited then you can buy an apartment that fits your budget. There are some advantages of buying which you will not get when you are renting a property. For instance, you may not be allowed to make any changes in the property if you rent an accommodation but if you buy your own house then you can make any changes in the property the way you want to.

Both rented as well as purchased property has its advantages and disadvantages. The ultimate decision will, of course, rest with you.
