Selling property successfully in Singapore
Selling is an art and it depends largely on the presentation how you make it more attractive and saleable. As we all know that first impression is the best one, so make sure that your property sports the best possible look till the deal is closed. If you do not know how to go about it, start by making a list of things that you would look for while buying one. Look through the eyes of a buyer. When the buyer comes and visits the premises for the first time, do take a note on the observations they have made. Not every one is good at selling property in Singapore. You need to be a well informed person in this regard to be a good sales agent. If you own some property in Singapore which you are interested in selling, it is better if you can find a good selling agent for yourself. You may need to pay him or her a little, but the deal will be made in a clearer way. Take all your financial decisions carefully. That will help you in making money through real estate business.
In case they have noted some positive points, make use of them to get the best deal while negotiating. If the buyers have given a negative feedback, do work on them, if you have the luxury of time. Many other factors influence the decision of a buyer other than the technicalities of property, so do emphasize on the ‘feel good’ factor. You can virtually display your property, which is a positive way to attract buyers, as they are devoid of distraction. But it is essential to make sure that you include many facets of the property as they are going through the photos, including the neighbourhood and upcoming developments.
Do not take chances as you need to be informed that the each buyer will check on at least a dozen of properties before they zero down on one. Any part of the property which may look as a possible drawback while selling needs to be worked upon as you need to be sure that the buyer would also make note of the drawbacks and negotiate a deal on their favour. After the buyer have agreed, review the deal and then decide if you want to proceed and make a sale.
